9/11 - tu ne cede malis sed contra audentior ito

"Yield not to misfortunes, but advance all the more boldly against them".

Tuesday was a bright, clear summer morning. Just another day in the saltmines. One of my co-workers entered my office and told me a truck driver heard on his radio that a plane had hit the WTC. I assumed a light plane had been blown off course by some thermals rising and falling over the concrete jungle. We had a black and white TV that had been left behind in the field office by a previous tenant so I plugged it in and tweaked the rabbit ears to see if there was anything on the news about it. Was there ever. You know the rest of the story of that day.

The months that followed were a miracle, in terms of action for a city usually paralyzed by inaction and infighting.

The cleanup of the WTC involved removal of 1.5 miliion tons of debris, recovery of over 50,000 pieces of discrete evidence, nearly 4500 human remains and over 200 persons positively ID'd.

They started with bucket brigades, moved to cranes and loaders and excavators. Each bucket load was laid on the ground and sorted by men with rakes and shovels. After a time the contractors refined their routines, they set up a screening plant at the landfill in Fresh Kiil to sort the larger pieces from the smaller and this was again sorted by hand to look for evidence, human remains and personal effects. The heartache and personal tragedies that all the NYC unions, NYPD, FDNY, DOS, etc. were put aside as they continued their work, all the while reminded of their own losses.

Within six months the majority of the work was completed. The pain endured by the debris removal personnel somewhat softened by time, yet omnipresent. The time it took to do this work, within the parameters imposed was miraculous. A true testament to American determination.

As this anniversary rolls around again, think about the sacrifices made by the rescuers and recoverers. Think about their resolution to get the job done. Think about how that relates today to the struggle our military endures, while getting second guessed and hog-tied by politicians and media - types whose only idea of resolution is how clear is the next photo-op.

This tuesday, September the 11th, remember those who struggled through the calamity and those who continue to struggle in the War against terror. God Bless our troops.

Who does CAIR care about?

The Council on American-Islamic Relations. The name says it all doesn't it?
It's an organization described on their website as "America's largest Islamic civil liberties group, with regional offices nationwide and in Canada." The name has connotations of "us v. them". They cannot, will not and simply do not, consider themselves Americans. They are Islamic; hopefully one day to be united under one big happy caliphate.

The council on American - Islamic relations; it's as if this is a diplomatic mission. They cannot call themselves Islamic Americans, this is an oxymoron.
They cannot be both muslim and American at the same time. A recent story on CBS about muslim cadets at West Point shows how they avoid this question.
When asked by the interviewer whether he was a muslim first and an American second or vice-versa, he stated that we americans "like to separate things into categories, but sometimes it's more complex than that." Well I got news for that cadet; it isn't complex, are you an american first or not. It's a simple damn question, answer it simply. Am I a Christian first or an American?
I'm an American first and foremost. The country abides for the most part by Christian values. The things in our society that bring moral conflict to me don't cause me the consternation that it causes CAIR. Their tits are always in a wringer about something and they want to legislate any annoyance to them out of existence.

The more I hear from CAIR the more I dislike and distrust them.

would like to have faith in the american military abilities of American Muslims, but I have grave doubts when I read the last statement in this article."That%u2019s the big thing with society today," says Faraz when asked if he feels like an American Muslim soldier %u2013 American first, Muslim second. "We would like to separate things into categories but sometimes it's just more complex than that."I have no trouble what so ever being an American first.

How to Win the War(s)

George Bush is talking about increasing the number of troops in Iraq. The militarys' top brass is saying this won't do it. Who is right? The General's are right, of course, and here is why.

Due to our culture we are somehow hesitant to do anything that will offend anyone. We just don't like to upset anyone. Even the military leaders don't want to offend anyone, and they are trained to kill. The top ranks of our military don't want to offend the president by telling him the reason we don't need more troops. Our troops are the best trained, most disciplined, superbly equipped fighting force in the universe. We don't need more troops. What is needed is for the politico's and the American people to unleash these men and women and let them do their job.

The cowardly islamofascists hide and kill from mosques. Our armed forces need to destroy that mosque. I don't care if mohammed scored his first piece of
ass there or not. If it is used to attack our forces, it ceases to exist. If a neighborhood seems to be an area where attacks emanate from, it becomes a non-neighborhood. When 190 Taliban scum gather to pay their respects at a funeral, give them their own burial. Like Pavlov's dogs, sooner or later these savages will associate good behaviour with a reward. The reward being - don't fuck with us and you can take another breath.

The American public cannot stomach, the casualties, the inhumanities, the savagery of war. Our men and women in the armed forces can and do stomach these on a daily basis. We need to stop running this war based on polls and the average US citizens distaste for upsetting people. We need to win this war by killing those who kill us, those who protect the killers of us and those who sympathize with these animals. We need to let the military do what we pay them to do; kill the enemy. Collateral damage in Iraq is much easier to swallow than intentional damage by some whack job flying planes into buildings.

I end this diatribe by wishing all our service persons a Merry Christmas. My wish for the new year is that you are allowed to complete your job as the military leaders see fit and you all come home safely.I hope that our Generals are guided by their training and not by some asswipe who is worried what the latest Zogby poll says.

La Cosa Nostra and the Dogs of War

Having grown up in and near the environs of the Big Apple, I was infatuated at a young age with all things Mafia. An early reader, I enjoyed the Daily News, the NYPost, and Newsday on a daily basis. I remember the public demise of "Crazy Joey" Gallo, Gambino, Castellano etc, etc. I read all the books. Honor thy Father, The Valachi Papers, the Godfather and on and on. I learned that the Mafia invented and perfected the Vendetta. Well, the old Moustache Pete's are dead or locked up, but I think they should be resurrected. We need to find full blooded Sicilians with fully sociopathic psyches. We need, as the US of A to hire these people and place them in the newly created Cabinet department called the Department of Terror. A typical day for an agent of the DofT would consist of visiting family members of our enemies. They could have a nice chat and some tea with Mother Bin-Laden. They could then cut her toes off and mail them to Al-jazeera. Daily visits to the families of terrorists accompanied by some good limb sawing would surely get the attention of the terrorist de jour. Wake the F*#k up America and western civilization!!! This is a damn war! We are not going to gain any ground by talking to the islamoscum in english. We need to speak their language, and that language is death and destruction. The one who kills quickest and destroys fastest wins. These people are willing to die for their religion, we need to oblige them post haste. It appears that Americans haven't the stomach for a long protracted war, so lets finish it quick like. Cry Havoc! and let slip the marines. Let our men take the gloves off and do what they do best; kill the enemy with extreme prejuidice. How many alarms must sound before we arise from our slumber and defend that which is good.

Eye On The World: First Things First In Iraq: Kill Muqtada al-Sadr

Eye On The World: First Things First In Iraq: Kill Muqtada al-Sadr http://kafirklatsch.blogspot.com/

Muqtada Must Die, NOW!

I first read it in print in a Daniel Pipes article. I know there were plenty before him who thought it, now it needs to be a reality. The duly elected Shia - pet in Iraq called for our blockade of Sadr City to come down. Of course we capitulated. How the F$%K do you win a war listening to shit that is not in our best interests. Muqtada "the dentist" Al - Sadr needs to be vaporized! He is our problem not part of our solution. What those shiiteheads need is for GWB to apologize to the American people, apologize to Sadaam and tell them pieces of shit that we are releasing Hussein to run the country again. They'd turn f**king white and run for the Iranian border. A Sunni day is better than a Shiitey day. Hell Sadaam kept those Shiites in line and killed Iranians like flies, he was probably our best friend! I do feel for the Kurds and the Marsh people, but I ain't mourning no dead Iranian. I think in the spirit of the upcoming elections, we should start a draft Sadaam campaign. Better change your Shiitey diapers!

Leave no stone unturned

Remember, when choosing your stones, make sure they aren't so big that you would kill the sinner, nor so small that they won't inflict pain. Choose one that's just right so that the evil adultress will suffer and suffer and suffer until she realizes the error of her ways.Doesn't this truly show the mercy of Allah! Oh great and merciful one, just say the word and I shall be stoned!

Welcome fellow Unbelievers!

I have been reading blogs and reading blogs and reading blogs. Now i shall venture forth with my own. I hope that my thoughts and information published here may help in a non-violent discourse on all things Kafirish, and if non-violence doesn't work, well then bring it on MO F**Kers. I spend many hours surfing the net looking for answers to some of the questions I have on the Islamic faith. The harder I look the more questions I have. Pre 9/11, Islam seemed like a religion whose adherents were devout, pious, reverent and to be admired for their faith. Post 9/11, Islam seems like a religion whose adherents are devout, pious, reverent (to islam), intolerant, violent, unplacable, did i mention violent, and unfeeling to those who are kafir. I have begun my quest to find all there is to know and disseminate the good the bad and the ugly to all who will hear. Be patient, I am a neophtye blogger, but come back. There will be great links, wondrous ruminations (by urs truly) and hopefully enlightenment. I am the Kafir Klatscher, Peace be upon me, bow to my greatness.
